Saratoga Home Inspection Tips

When getting a home inspector to inspect a home you are buying here's something to keep in mind.

Make sure that the home inspector does a good job of inspecting the exterior of the house. This means walks, driveways, steps, windows and doors. Not to be overlook also are siding, trim and the surface drainage of the property.

You can't question everything the home inspector does, but a well placed question or two at the beginning of the inspection can alert your inspector that you might just know enough to be able to judge the quality of the inspection you will receive.
