When is the best time to call for a home inspection? A lot of people can't give you a good answer to this simple questions.

The best time to call for a home inspection is after the seller has accepted your offer and after the purchase agreement or contract has been signed. Your home inspector will have to have the consent of the seller to gain access to the house. The seller most likely will not grant such access unless agreement has been reached on the price and terms of sale. But really now, why would you ever want an inspection until you and the seller both agreed on the terms of the sale?
